Seafarers Tax Returns is a trading name of ONEGREATIDEA LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 16654735, registered office 74 Endlebury Road, London, E4 6QG. ONEGREATIDEA LTD is responsible for the personal information you give us.

What we collect

When you use our contact form or eligibility check, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, and information about your work, residence and tax affairs.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, to assess whether you’re likely to qualify for the Seafarers’ Earnings Deduction, and, if you become a client, to provide our services and meet our legal and professional obligations.

Who we share it with

Your form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and sent to our business email, provided by Google. We don’t sell your information or share it for marketing. If you become a client, we share information with HMRC as needed to file your returns.

How long we keep it

If you don’t become a client, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law and our professional rules require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email seafarers@seafarerstaxreturns.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
